My wife and two dogs drove from Clearwater, Florida to move to Seattle. This came with some unique challenges in lease signing and flexibility with our date of arrival and move in times. Mr. DeSalvo's patience, willingness to accommodate our needs with such a big move and helpfulness was nothing short of extraordinary. We believe our move in experience could not have been any better than what it was. We were incredibly satisfied with Mr. DeSalvo's professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond what seemed to be his normal job duties. He exceeded our expectations with every interaction. We have been happy with everything at The Whittaker and are very happy to have chosen to live here!!

We have been at The Whittaker for almost two years and have enjoyed our time, our apartment is modern and beautiful and the location is excellent. The staff is always timely with responses and it is fun to occasionally receive treats from them. We do not hear our neighbors and despite the Fauntleroy side being loud with sirens, we are very content with our location and experience.

Absolutely love living at the Whittaker. Although we moved during Covid times, it has been refreshing to reside in a community that takes the pandemic seriously. Another aspect of living at the Whittaker that has been exceptional has how quickly and professionally work orders get fulfilled. There was a bit of a learning curve on my end, my previous apartment had options on what times worked best for me. So after the first time where I didnt specify the ideal times, I realized I could put that in the notes. Since then the work orders have been executed during those times and has been great! Probably the best aspect for myself and my husband is that you can hardly hear our neighbors. You so often hear the doors shutting, but thats nothing in comparison to what our previous places were like. Overall, I dont imagine us leaving the Whittaker anytime soon.

But the windows dont open barely at all and it would be nice to get more air flow sometimes. There is plenty of closet space and many outlets. Overall our experience has been quite good.
